Grilled porkchops, stuffed with a New England corn bread stuffing, nestled on a bed of sweet potatoe straws. Accompanied by a baked potatoe, sugar snap peas, and a grilled Asian pear and peach. Finished off with a Pinot Noir
Imported Proscutti, Sliced Asian Pear, and Brie, layered between Grilled Asiago Cheese Bread, accompanied by Artichoke Salad and stuffed olives. Saw it on Emril and cooked it up. Yum!
Monday after staining, and getting 1 of the planters done and the other started, we ate. Steaks with Leeks and Onions, and some fresh Tomatoes and Cucumbers. Yum.
The right planter with my new fencing around it. Vinyl... very cool and easy to work with. Finally used the screw-gun Steve bougth me for Christmas. Wow... worked like a charm!
Spent this 3 day weekend working on the yard. Michael was over to help. Here he is staining the "cover thing". It was getting pretty worn. Tina, Jaime and Michael stained it while I worked on putting fencing around the flower gardens.
